Upon request or on the initiative of an advisor, we arrange an interview with our clients in order to understand their needs clearly and to define their projects.

We return our clients' calls or e-mails within two working days.

Our objective is to minimize response time with respect to the client's request for information or advice. If the application requires in-depth research, we inform the client of the processing time needed. Duly-completed requests will be processed in as timely a manner as possible. Please note that as of April 1, 2012, your applications will be evaluated on the basis of a new program.
