Official Languages

Annual review on official languages which reports on the activities for improving the Official Languages Program, which consists of creating an exemplary Public Service that emphasizes innovation in order to improve the quality of service to the public in both official languages, create a work environment conducive to the use of both official languages, increase the representation of Anglophones, promote cultural change within the Agency and improve management of the Official Languages Program.
