Summary :
Canada-Quebec agreement aiming to improve urban and rural municipal infrastructure in Quebec and enhance the quality of life of its citizens, through investments.
The purpose of the agreement is to enable the parties to
implement the Infrastructure Canada Program (ICP) and the
Municipal Rural Infrastructure Fund (MRIF) by defining their roles
and responsibilities, the processes and rules for managing and
administering the agreement and to set out their obligations and
undertakings.
