Non-profit organizations with projects designed to deliver services that meet the needs of SMEs or communities may apply to the Agency for financial assistance.

Eligibility criteria

Each project will be assessed according to merit criteria. Therefore, projects must:

• meet the priorities of the Agency;
• produce concrete, measurable outcomes that benefit enterprises and communities in Quebec;
• require assistance from the Agency in order to be carried out and receive financial assistance from other backers;
• be in line with the business plans of the Agency regional offices, which will take into account the needs expressed by the community.

Project approval is always conditional on the Agency budget availability. The promoter must provide reliable accounting.

Renewal is never automatic. In addition to the above criteria, renewal decisions will take into account the results of the previous project.
