Lanaudière
Through the Laval - Laurentides – Lanaudière Business Office, the Agency encourages the development of the Lanaudière business communities by assisting the region’s SMEs with their projects directly. We also assist economic development stakeholders and the economic organizations that support these SMEs.

Our team of advisors delivers quality services. Working in our 14 business offices, they provide information, advice and guidance to businesses and non-profit organizations to help them with their economic development projects.
Network of service delivery partners
- Info entrepreneurs
- Offers information services to businesses from all sectors and at every stage of development. Provides access to information on federal and provincial departments as well as to integrated information products and interactive tools.
- Community Futures Development Corporations (CFDCs)
- CFDCs contribute to the economic development of their communities by providing services to enterprises: access to funding, technical assistance and support for local, youth and female entrepreneurship.

- Supports SMEs in approving and developing new products or procedures. Financial assistance is awarded after the project has been assessed by an industrial technology advisor.
- Société de développement international de Lanaudière (french)
- Laval Technopole, Laurentides International and the Société de développement international de Lanaudière (SODIL) offer many services to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) interested in exporting: trade missions abroad, networking events, market studies, information, advice, tracking of business opportunities, preparing of business plans for international audiences, etc. Laval Technopole works in partnership with the Montreal World Trade Centre (MWTC) in order to tailor MWTC services to the Laval environment.
- Carrefour industriel et expérimental de Lanaudière (CIEL) (french)
- Provides access to offices and laboratories, which can be rented or used as needed, specially designed to carry out research and development projects. A scientific and technical team is on site to offer various contract services, including variety testing, product approval, culture techniques and technology transfer.
