Ressources Entreprises: Offers professional support and specialized information services on all private and government programs and services to entrepreneurs in Eastern Quebec.
Community Futures Development Corporations (CFDCs): CFDCs contribute to the economic development of their communities by providing services to enterprises: access to funding, technical assistance and support for local, youth and female entrepreneurship.

Industrial Research Assistance Program (IRAP) of NRC: Supports SMEs in approving and developing new products or procedures. Financial assistance is awarded after the project has been assessed by an industrial technology advisor.
Québec maritime: Marketing of North Shore, Lower St Lawrence, Gaspé and Magdalen Islands tourism products on international markets.
GIMXPORT (french): Collaborate in the economic and social development of the Gaspé Peninsula and Madeleine Islands to encourage the increased volume of exportation of products and services of the region.
